What do innovation and efficiency really translate into?

The saving doesn't come from a setting: it comes from the geometry. With two exchange surfaces instead of one, the product reaches temperature in half the time, and the steam consumed is halved accordingly.

We carried out tests supported by a team of energy engineers and measured the actual consumption of CookTymix.

By simulating different recipes in 100-liter batches, we collected data that allows us to calculate the production cost, in terms of energy consumption, of the main products processed by our customers.

CookTymix's efficiency does not fall as capacity grows: the data recorded on 100 L batches remain valid at 500 and 750 L.

Information about the calculations:

The consumption and cost estimates are calculated based on average boiler efficiency values (85% for gas boilers and 99% for electric boilers) and include a loss of around 5% in steam distribution.

The values shown represent indicative scenarios and may vary depending on the type of recipe, the actual yield of the ingredients, the boiler characteristics, and the process conditions.

The gas/electricity energy equivalences have been approximated using a natural gas calorific value of 10 kWh/Smc.
